Confirm access

Phone verification creates or restores customer access only through the protected authentication flow; a matching phone number alone does not unlock prior moves.

Build the inventory

Add rooms and household items, then record notes, quantities and special handling details. You can update your inventory as the details become clearer.

Add supporting files

Supported photos, video and documents upload to private storage after the move exists. Access is checked against the exact customer and move.

Coordinator review

The owner can review the documented move, carrier facts and later document workflow. The public site does not automatically assign a carrier or create payment.
